UK POS are a great company
UK POS was recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed.
The range of products available was amazing. I was able to find exactly what I needed for a stall I was running. The products I ordered were just what I needed and the staff were very helpful when I picked them up. Being able to collect my order was ideal for me as I needed the order quickly and it is local to me. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!

Very cheap materials used!
I ordered four A3 menu holders which arrived in an undamaged outer box. When I unpacked them it was clear that they were of very poor quality, were splitting along the very thin wooden seams, and had been bashed around, most likely before sending to me.
When I complained I was told that as they had not been checked within 24 hours of arrival, no other redress would be offered.
The boxes were of the cheapest and flimsiest wood and would not have stood up to normal usage and they are now all in the bin!

I didn't fully receive my order so went on line to report and a lovely lady contacted me to look into it, nothing seemed too much trouble for them and I'm sure my order will be resolved.

Excellent customer service, issues dealt with quickly
My issue was dealt with kindness and speed, the problem was solved within a couple minutes on the phone, the customer service agent was very helpful! Everything was explained really well, the process of returning items is very easy to follow.

UK Pos was extremely easy to deal with and very efficient.
Order delivered earlier than stated.
My only criticism is some of the website photos could be better although showing "clear" acrylic products is difficult! ...Perhaps a dark background would help.

Warning against using UK POS
I really would warn against using UK POS.
As other reviews (which I sadly read too late) have stated, UK POS will not take responsibility for damaged orders, so it really is a case of the consumer taking all of the risk. They informed me that they do not act in accordance with the guidance of the Consumer Act of 2015 with their Business to Business Sales.
My order arrived damaged, I was in touch with UK POS with evidence of the damaged product within a week, and they refused to do anything to remedy the situation as I did not email within 24 hours, quoting their "damage policy". They outright admitted that the issue was that their contract with their courier meant that they would have to pay for a refund / replacement outside of 24 hours. For reference, the packaging was not damaged at all, the break clearly pre-existed shipping.

We received notification of your damage claim on the 15th November after delivering your parcel on the 8th November , we requested further images to further your claim and we received a response stipulating your consumer rights and laws, we did point out at that time , that this transaction is not covered by these laws and our own terms and conditions are fully applicable, we requested further images to validate your claim and these have never been received. Unfortunately, we could not reach a resolution with you on this occasion.
