The tabs are good, but there are enough things that would need improvement in the mobile app for the original UltimateGuitar Pro experience.

Instead, it seems the developers are focusing on adding new paid features that users are spammed for using full screen upsell ads that are impossible to turn off.
Even the Pro users that paid for their subscription are getting these ads, which I find unacceptable because they interrupt your user flow.

The app feels almost predatory trying to upsell. All I want are tabs yet get bombarded with purchases and other stuff.

Excellent resource for guitarists and bassists. Figuring out that elusive lick or learning a new song this should be your first stop. Recommended.

Love , love love the wish that the editing feature was larger so that I can get in and move things around quicker from iPad

Die Fundgrube ist riesig und eigentlich fünf Sterne wert.

Mich nervt gewaltig, dass ich vor Jahren schon für lebenslang bezahlt hatte und mich dann von dieser Taktik habe überlisten/verarschen lassen, dass einem ein Abonnenment angeboten wurde und man das Gefühl hatte das auch annehmen zu müssen. Jetzt geht das schon wieder so los und ich muss jedesmal zuerst meine Einkäufe wiederherstellen und an dieser übermäßig aggressiven und hinterlistig platzierten Werbung vorbeiklicken.

A very useful guide on tabs, worth the membership 10/10

I have been using this site for years. They have had every song I have ever wanted to learn, usually in multiple versions. The tablature is highly accurate. I will often combine it with a YouTube video just to make sure I’m getting some nuances down. The play through features and backing tracks are great.

This site is an invaluable resource for learning and mastering songs on guitar. Provides many pathways to learning guitar, whether it's tabs, chords, or sheet music.

Would recommend Ultimate Guitar to any guitar, ukelele, bass guitar player at virtually any skill level

Been with Ultimate Guitar since 2015 and it is the best thing I have ever subscribed to. I use it almost everyday. It is a great resource for learning new material, to see how things are played and to play along with to practice timing.

Really like the range of songs and the possibilities eg
Transposing, chord grids, printable version and of course guitar tabs.

Accurate tabs and easy to use interface. Good tunner too!

Probably the best resource I’ve come across

It has almost every song available scored for any instrument. Allows you the ability to change the root note and hear the song. There were times that I couldn't find the music I was looking for, but it was only a few.

I really love Ultimate Guitar. I use it for almost a decade now. Always fun and helpfull.

had stopped playing music for a while and came back to it recently. absolutely everything is behind a paywall now. these are user contributed tabs, are the users getting paid for their work? every time i open the app now, it gives me ads for features that aren’t relevant and i will never use. it’s just sad. it used to be the best website for tabs and now it’s all garbage. even the email asking me to write this review, instead of opening up the link itself, repeatedly redirected me to the app and threw ads in my face. you can’t possibly expect me to write a good review after that

Very good crowd sourced collections of transcriptions embedded in a good environment where you can transpose, see chords etc

Great app, saves me on a lot of gigs. Only downside is it fails to load sometimes
