I am excited to be receiving your products.
Problem 1
The website would not subtract the10% off with the code provided. I could not tell the number 1 from the lower case letter l.
Problem 2
The website promised free shipping for over a $50 purchase, but would not take it off.
Customer service human Jenell did a excellent job. She got the 10% discount for me and refunded the $8 the website would not permit us to subtract for shipping the website promised. She was extremely patient with me as I went back and forth on my phone to retrieve the information she needed. Thanks Jenell!

I have used and loved Umbra products for years, but this was the very first time I ordered a product via the Umbra web site. It is as beautifully designed and as easy to use as its products!

Easy to use and find item I was looking for.

So far so good. Searching and finding what I was looking for was relatively easy. And check out was a breeze. The price was very reasonable so I am hoping that the quality works for what I’m looking for.

Upgraded to drawers for pots and pans in my new kitchen so bought these to organize them.
Pegs are great for keeping everything in place!

My shopping experience on Umbra has been exceptionally smooth and super easy to check out.

There were technical difficulties when looking at the curtain rods.

Every time I clicked on wall hooks it took me to a different section and then froze. But I love the products!

At the start of my shopping there was an intrusive request for my email and text number. The bait was a 10% discount, so I took the bait. But after all of that I received no email or text and no discount at check out. I completed my order, paying full price without the discount.

It's now a half hour later, I being intruded upon with a review request, and I still haven't received any other communication. Why intrude and trifle with me if I don't get the discount?

It was very easy to order. Umbra sent me a notice when the item was back in stock and I ordered it!

The website was very easy to navigate. The description of the products was very defined and color options were easy to use. The way the products are displayed is excellent as is the side pictures showing their use. check out is easy and efficient. the umbra website really a pleasure to buy from.
