I love umbra products and I really wanted to purchase the new black paper towel holder that comes out in March 2022 but no matter what I did to pre-order, it wouldn't go through and I wanted to use my 20% off coupon code but instead bought the house tissue holders I love instead :(

Sent me the wrong product. Emailed them immediately after opening the box and am still waiting for a response a week later.
Update: I received contact from Umbra not 24 hours after posting this review. They promptly sent me the correct items and allowed me to keep what they had incorrectly sent me. Many thanks to Umbra!
