Unilin is a racist toxic environment

Unilin is a racist toxic environment. Many of the other employees are very badly mannered and even pig ignorant. The official language on the production floor is Polish. There is no job rotation. You can be left doing the same task days on end. Impossible to get a toilet break. They are not very Christian. HR and Health and safety really need to look at why they have such a high staff turnover. Don't work here.

Il fallait donner moins que zéro entreprise d'arnaqueurs
J'ai passé commande et j'ai payé par PayPal, tout de suite je reçois un mail de leur part en me disant que le paiement est bloqué (c'était faux bien entendu) du coup commande annulé et ils remboursent pas la totalité du paiement
Nylyn solaire à éviter ça vaut rien

Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid Unilin Insulation 😡

Unilin Insulation is a terrible company to deal with. They show no care for their customers and have very poor service. You’re required to sign that you’ve received the stock, but if you later notice any damage, they refuse to replace or take responsibility. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone – best to avoid and choose a supplier who values their customers.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 car 1 étoile est déjà beaucoup trop...
J'ai passé une commande de marchandise Quickstep chez eux dont je n'ai jamais reçu le mail d'expédition...
C'est seulement en les relançant pour voir où en était ma commande qu'ils m'ont indiqué qu'elle avait été livrée au magasin servant de point d'enlèvement, faute de quoi je n'aurais jamais été avertie.
Lors de l'enlèvement, je m'aperçois que je n'ai pas la facture mais uniquement le bon de commande et je demande donc au magasin qui m'indique que je dois m'adresser à Unilin pour obtenir la facture.
J'ai effectué 4 relances au service client, sans réponse.
J'ai donc introduit une demande via le formulaire de contact sur leur site internet auquel j'ai reçu une réponse me redirigeant vers un autre service de chez eux en interne...
J'introduis donc une sixième fois la demande auprès dudit service, qui me renvoie vers le magasin dans lequel j'ai enlevé la commande pour établir la facture, magasin qui pour rappel m'a dirigé vers eux...
J'en suis à 7 relances et personne chez Unilin ne semble en mesure d'établir une simple facture d'une commande passée chez eux... Résultat, impossible de faire passer cette commande sur mon prêt travaux donc un conseil, ne passez pas commande chez eux si vous souhaitez sur un prêt travaux parce que vous n'êtes pas au bout de vos peines.
Expérience client franchement pénible. C'était la première et dernière commande chez eux.

Unilin’s Claudia Blok is really amazing

Unilin’s team is really amazing! Their account manager ( Claudia Blok) manages everything ( except for blinds) but she takes care of your man.. just for recreation. Lying, cheating… nothing is too much for her! She does everything for satisfaction. Wow! What an amazing woman! She goes all in! Well done Claudia! I hope you’re happy now… 😂

You have lost me as a future customer

I have given this company a 3 Star review as an average of 5 Star for its customer services helpline (0330 1222 133) and a 1 star for the management team. An order placed for a store collection on 22nd March was not delivered until 28th March when the distance between the store from where I was to collect and the depot was less than a few miles. The management seems to have employed a courier company that lacks basic compteance to check store opening times. They attempted a delivery when the store was closed. I lost the builder slot and had to pay extra. This company's management needs to think like a customer. That said the customer services team is first class. Thank you Laura, Maria and two others who were so kind and helpful.

Quick-Step/ unilin witte vlekken productie fout
Na twee weken toen wij de Quick-Step Impressive Patterns IPA4145 Royal Eik Donkerbruin 34,95 m2 hebben laten plaatsen stuitten we met mooi weer soort witte vlekken op verschillende plekken. Met de tijd werd dit erger.wij hebben dit direct gemeld.en veel contact gehad. Veel beloftes gedaan via het hoofd bedrijf UNILIN. NA 3 a 4 maanden hebben ze eindelijk iemand gestuurd om de vloer te beoordelen een vloer expert. Die is gekomen en heeft de fouten geconstateerd . Vervolgens had deze wat vragen gesteld zoals wanner kwam u erachter en gaf ik aan dat we het als het goed is ongeveer na 2 weken hadden geconstateerd bij lichtinval moet ik even terugkijken in mijn mail omdat we dit hebben gemailt gelijk. Dit heb ik later ook dezelfde dag gesmst naar deze heer om te bevestigen nadat ik de mail had opgezocht. Uiteindelijk is er zogenaamd een rapport opgesteld met een totaal zelf inelkaar gezet verhaal.lees onder........

Naar aanleiding van onderstaande mail delen wij u mee dat wij niet afwijken van ons eerder ingenomen standpunt waarin wij de klacht afwijzen.



De heer ........ heeft zelf bij de heer Hoog........aangegeven dat de kleurverschillen in de laminaatdelen al aanwezig waren tijdens de installatie.

Hoewel hij dit afwijkende aspect heeft gemeld, is er desondanks besloten om door te gaan met de installatie.



Pas later is opgemerkt door de heer ........... dat er meer verschillen in de vloer zichtbaar maken. Hij heeft dit vervolgens bij de winkel gemeld.

Een belangrijk detail hierbij om op te merken is dat op het moment van deze melding, de vloer nog niet was afgewerkt met plinten. Dit is daarna gebeurd.

De vloer is dus ondanks dat de verschillen opgemerkt waren, alsnog volledig geïnstalleerd en afgewerkt, waarop installatie is acceptatie van de vloer betrekking heeft.



Hierbij willen wij nogmaals benadrukken dat herstel mogelijk is zonder complete vervanging van de vloer.

Het geconstateerde probleem van glansgraadverschillen tussen sommige panelen kan worden opgelost door een plankvervanging uit te voeren en hiervoor de panelen de gebruiken die tijdens de installatie zijn overgebleven.

Dit is ook in het rapport van de heer .........opgenomen.
Nu .... de vloer was gelegd een afgewerkt inclussief de plinten het verhaal aantoonbaar is na 2 weken. En natuurlijk mailverkeer. Deze expert heeft totaal een verhaal verzonnen en schuiven het zo op andere af.

Bij deze denk goed na met welke merken men in zee gaat. Natuurlijk laat ik het hier niet bij en ga ik tot het einde.maarmet zo een groot merk dit te mee maken ongelooflijk.

Returns

Unilin / Quickstep require items to be returned to their Liverpool warehouse at the customers expense, and then reject the delivery - sending the item back into the courier galaxy. Items lost - £180 lost.

incompetent and incapable

As a flooring trade, Unilin is possibly the worst supplier of them all. Unreliable, always delays on deliveries, never answer the phone, rarely respond to emails, constant errors, the reps never answer their phones or get back to you. I used to use Salesmark years ago, excellent service. Since it’s been taken over by Unilin there has been nothing but issues with it and I can’t get anywhere with anyone to complain.

Terrible service

Their customer service department is appalling. They rarely answer their phones and when they do they don't provide any valuable information. My Elka flooring order has been delayed for over a week and I keep on being told that it is "in transit". They need to either employ more competent staff or close down.

Arguably the worst company to deal with…

Arguably the worst company to deal with in the country. ZERO concern for their customers, disgraceful service. No one wants to take any ownership of problems. All you get is LIES and LIES and thats if anyone can be bothered to answer the phone in the 'customer service dept' Shut the business down and sort yourselves out as you are an utter disgrace to the flooring industry

Don't use quickstep flooring

Bought ultra white quickstep laminate flooring and had it fitted by a recommended supplier. Not even a year later it has gone from white to cream. Have contacted unilin customer services and they are trying to say its not a manufacturer fault. Well its fitted perfectly but clearly not fit for purpose. Absolutely low grade company, producing low grade products at high prices. They take no responsibility, will be doing the rest of my renovation projects using Howdens own flooring. Better quality, better customer service and far cheaper. Don't waste your time or money using Quickstep, I highly recommend Howdens 12mm flooring!!! Will be contacting trading standards as no joy with this company. £1,500 down the drain
