Great service delivering my favourite coffee beans quickly.

Union coffee, house blend, makes a superb brew: one of my all-time favourite coffees. Their subscription delivery arrangements are perfect, allowing me to delay fresh supplies when I’m away from home for a few weeks.

I placed an order with Union Hand‑Roasted Coffee on 21/06, and unfortunately I have not received any update since. The payment was taken from my account immediately, but I received no order confirmation, no dispatch information, and no communication from the company.
I have tried contacting Union through their website, but I haven’t received any response, and there is no clear way to check the status of my order. At this point, I have no idea where my order is or whether it has even been processed.
This has been a disappointing experience, especially given the company’s reputation. I hope they improve their communication and customer support, as customers should not be left without updates after payment has been taken.

Anyone that thinks this is nice coffee is mental, grim. Buy fresh for real flavour.

The Coffee is great, and the service is wonderful. But the new packaging. I1 may be 'better' than the old ones (good, up to a point). But LDPE is STILL PLASTIC. It is not universally recycleable, and is based on non-renewables. There have to be better ways.

Great coffee. Decaf coffee can be bland and disappointing but yours is full of depth and lots of different notes of flavour. Enjoying it every day .

I’m really disappointed with the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee I got from Union. It’s honestly one of the worst coffees I’ve tried. The bitterness is too strong, the beans are different sizes like they’re mixed from different sources, and the roast doesn’t feel professional at all. It’s also not a light roast like they claim.
If this is their usual quality, I really wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not sure if this is always the case or if I was just unlucky this time, but the experience was very frustrating.

Amazing coffee, whichever blend or origin you pick. Definitely know what they are doing. One of the best roasters in the UK if not the best for medium roast level.

Brilliant service today- when I ordered my coffee and inadvertently put the wrong delivery address I messaged Union who put it right immediately.

Bought there coffee from Tesco was absolutely delicious no wonder it had a great taste award

I accidentally registered for a subscription ,but cannot consume on my own the amount of coffee required !
Tom immediately responded to my message and removed my name .
I have been a fan of Union Coffees products for years,and like the information they provide , plus they help small farmers.Friends and family always appreciate their products as presents too !

Love our fresh roasted coffee from Union and look forward to receiving our regular delivery. I was disappointed to find one of the bags damaged on its arrival yesterday but an email to customer services brought a swift reply from Tom who had the problem sorted and a replacement on the way. Full marks to him and the company. This is how it should be done.

I've a SAGE barista pro machine at home. Beans from UNION never fail to deliver on a great expresso (Bean to cup) You pay for quality & so worth it. I've tried 6 x 200g of different types. Trying to decide which one I'd want 1kg of. Very difficult as I enjoy a few equally.
I'd like them to sell a UNION air tight container though 😄
