The quality of flooring is fantastic and the fitting itself was done to a very high standard. The only down fall was the fact the fitter did not wear overshoes and trailed dirt into my carpets, this was disappointing and my carpets are now filthy with ground in dirt

Disappointing…
Had our stairs carpeted and hall fitted with laminate. A couple of pieces of laminate started to lift slightly almost immediately after fitting so that phoned the shop to let them know. The fitter contacted me and asked me to send him pictures which I did, this was a couple of days before Christmas and I knew he was going away for 2 or 3 weeks as he'd told me when he fitted my floor so I said it wasn't urgent before Christmas, I expected he would make arrangements to come back after his holiday. Never heard from him again and its 8.5 weeks ago now. Very disappointing service.

Very helpful, friendly, and prompt service, given that it was so close to Christmas. Good choices of cushion flooring, and price. Fitting carried out on time too.

Chorley branch were very good from…
Chorley branch were very good from ordering to fitting. Our hall,stairs and landing were fit very well. We will be using United Carpets again in the near future for our bedrooms. Thanks to all for a great job.

New Carpets
Bought a carpet from Chorley branch. Staff very helpful. Had a problem with carpet, defect you could only see from one direction in room. Not a problem was sorted within a week. Obviously I would have preferred to have had a trouble free experience, but I could not fault how I was dealt with which is a good recommendation.

Went to Chorley store was seen by a…
Went to Chorley store was seen by a very nice gentleman, sat for ages discussing what I specifically wanted, in that I wanted a very small gap either side of stair carpet even gave the measurements, he worked out the size I required from what I had told him I signed and left. The carpet was fitted today ( in hind sight ) I should of checked before fitting but didn’t, the carpet was fitted, it’s way way too small it looks absolutely ridiculous just awful. I went immediately back to the shop only to be seen by a not so nice gentleman ( the same one ) to be told that’s what I signed for and it’s even smaller because of pattern being centralised. Even showed him photos, he said it looks fine. £285 totally wasted. Would not recommend!!!!

We have nothing but praise for United Carpets, they have been fantastic throughout our moving house. Steve was so friendly measuring up.The carpets and flooring were total quality and fitted by Gary & Derek the carpet fitters, Gary was amazing coming back to relay the carpets after we had wardrobes fitted and needed them rolled back. Lewis the manager was amazing throughout nothing was too much trouble, fully co-operative, friendly, obliging and helpful through the whole process, making organisation a whole lot easier, everyone at United Carpets and beds are total professional, impressive and we would have them back any day. Well done guys.

New Laminate floor
Had a laminate floor fitted in the living room and dining room. We shopped around for best price and quality. United Carpets came out on top. Floor fitter came on time, very pleasant and explained about the do’s and dont’s of having a new floor. Fitted very quickly but workmanship was excellent. Would highly recommended.

We've used UC for over 20 years. In our old house and now in our new. Trust worthy fitters and very knowledgeable shop assistants. All worked hard to get the best deal and fit.
