Excellent 👌first class service.
We as a family always use this store for all our flooring needs. The staff are always welcoming and ready to assist. This visit was for my Dad's stairs, the manager advised me as to the best carpet, I was going to purchase the same carpet as in the lounge but was advised it would not be suitable for stairs. He also arranged fitting quickly because we had a stairlift to be fitted. Would highly recommend this store one hundred percent.

Excellent Hull branch
The staff in our Hull branch were excellent from our first visiting the shop to when the fitters left. They were knowledgeable and helpful while we chose our carpet and polite and efficient when booking the fitting as we were unsure of the date until the week after purchase. We would highly recommend them and will return when we recarpet our living room.

Great service.
Down to earth proffesional people who actually listen to you.
Helpful and very efficient.

Gave 1 star because of promptness.
That's all I can really compliment you on. Left a massive mess of off cuts and giant pieces of carpet with all garbage left.
I understand leaving some off cuts but the amount left behind was ridiculous.
Flooring in bathroom was hardly put down properly. I could have done a better job. Not straight lines, doesn't meet up with skirting boards.
Carpets were not put in well, lifting on all sides. Asked for a piece at bottom of stairs to be put in, it wasnt put in.
Will not be using you again

Shop staff great, disgraceful fitter
Cannot fault the shop staff, they were brilliant, really helpful when choosing our carpet. Good communication from them regarding estimated arrival and when it was due to be fitted.
The carpet was fitted really well, very quickly, and looks great, however the fitter's attitude (John I think his name was), was absolutely appalling while in our family home. Such a shame his behaviour has tainted the great work he had done.
He started off quite annoyed that we hadn't taken up our old carpet despite the fact we were not told to.
Very rude & abrupt. Was also rude to my dad who had come round to help on the day of fitting.
Very careless when carrying the carpet up the stairs scratched a lot of the freshly painted walls which had to be redone. Broke a panel on my daughter's bed which has had to be fixed. Constantly giving a negative attitude, despite my husband offering a quite simple solution to his "problem". His attitude was so unprofessional and to be honest his behaviour would put me off using United carpets & beds again.
