The staff were fantastic, helped me choose my carpet without being pushy, arrived on time for measuring and calling with a quote followed by the details in writing. Price was reasonable and cheaper than the other 3 I received quotes from.

From walking into the store to fitting everything was seamless. I was given updates at every steep. Great value bedroom carpet which was fitted efficiently and well

The carpet fitter was great. Did a good job in a short time. Unfortunately, when I actually bought the carpet, the lady quoted me a price of £316. When I came to pay, I was only charged £276, so I thought it was a discount. The lady took my money and gave me reciept etc. When the carpet guy came to fit it, after he had finished asked me for £40 that I didn't realise and definitely was not told that I had to pay the fitter. Luckily I had the money and was able to put it in his account. But the blame lies solely with the woman who took payment from me, but she NEVER mentioned I would have to pay the fitter when he came. I was disappointed and felt that I did not recieve good customer service at all. She literally couldn't wait to take my money, but that was it. I think the staff might need more training or guidance, I think it would be beneficial. But apart from that, I'm happy with the carpet and the fitting.

After purchasing 3 lots of carpets from the store and was very impressed we decided we would then order a bed and mattress which wasn’t a great experience. We were made aware that the bed could take up to 3 weeks which we accepted. After 2 weeks I received a voice voicemail after missing a call asking me to ring back to arrange a date for collection which I did. A date was arranged for 10th September. I arranged time off work as they didn’t give me a morning or afternoon slot. On the day of delivery I rang central office to ask if they had any idea of a time slot to which they said they had no record of the bed and mattress being delivered and they were waiting for me to ring them to arrange! This wasn’t the case. I had the date given to me and was expecting it that day. The girl I spoke to said she couldn’t do anything about it and I must have spoken to her colleague who hasn’t logged the call she offered me another date of a week later which wasn’t acceptable as I could not take any more time off work. In the end I rang the shop in Stockton to help which they did and went out their way to get me the items sooner. They arranged for central office to drop the bed at Stockton on the Monday night and the guys in Stockton would come and make the bed up for me.
Then after unwrapping the bed they had the wrong headboard which I then had to wait another day for them to arrange to bring the correct one. I want best pleased. All in all this would put me off buying from you again although I must say the team in portrack were amazing and helped as best they could to put things right. The phone call I had with head office I got the impression they didn’t care and didn’t seem to want to help much with the situation!

The team at United Carpets are very welcoming upon arrival but not pushy sales people. They are honest and give great advice based on your needs. The men that came to fit my carpets were very quick and did a brilliant job! Nothing to complain about. Professional and friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Staff very helpful and gave great support when looking for the right carpet i needed and price was what I was looking for was my second time in a month I had been in heard of other people to try United carpets as they all send how good it is .

We recently visited the store to select new flooring for our hallway and large kitchen/diner after having a member of the team come out to our house to measure. Chris in store helped us select and advise best options after showing photos of the current flooring we had laid and our concerns (tricky Kitchen/Diner area fitted with different flooring). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had our old flooring removed and fitted by another Chris who was exceptional and did such a fantastic job. I would thoroughly recommend United Carpets and Beds at Boston for any flooring and will definitely be using them again in the future.

This is the fifth time I have bought a carpet from United Carpets and I have always been very happy with the results. The store had a wide range of samples and it was easy to find exactly what I wanted. They were able to come and measure the same day. The fitters did an excellent job and the final result is superb.

Our Son faced a no fault eviction was able to get a flat at the last minute and required flooring for bedroom and Lounge. So thanks to Rhiana and Keaten it was all fitted within a few days, the fitters have done a fantatic job. Thank you to everyone.
