Amazing service and delivery. Value for money and fabulous products! Only online site I would use for my vaping products.

Ordered 26/08 - not even at royal mail as of 12/09/23 - and I've had to prod them twice to get even a pre post tracking number. Not the first time this has happened or I wouldn't be complaining this much.

Poor customer service, still waiting for my goods to arrive! Only received my tracking number today after ordering 7 days ago!

I still have not received my order, and no response from the seller.
This is not what you expect from.a reputable seller.the customer. Service is none existant. I will.not be using them again, and if it does not arrive tomorrow I will instruct the bank to reclaim.the money

Order still not received after 7 days so far. Emailed them yesterday for an update and was told we will get back to you asap, still no reply.

Recommend nobody wastes their time or money on this bunch of clowns.
Paid for order last month, nothing received - not even a tracking number.
No support from their email.
They appear to be DISAPPOINTING SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Twice now my non tracked parcel has gone missing.... and both times they have re-sent my order without question. Sadly untracked parcels with vapes in must sprout legs and go walk abouts. Annoying for me and double annoying to Vape Savers.

Delivery not received yet again said they have sent replacement. do not answer their phone, have to chase for a reply to email very poor service

Haven't received order yet. Bit premature to ask for a review. Taking a while.

I am waiting for delivery over a week now - as other people mentioned after contacting them via email (phone never answes) the only response is they checking with warehouse/courier and will reply asap. Not sure what asap means for them but it's second day passing without any response. If I don't get my package next week they will end up reported as a fraud and hopefully with money returned. If I was aware it will take so long I'd never buy anything from vapesavers.co.uk

I have received my package after 2 weeks. If you expect quick despatch, avoid this company.

Just keep getting told their checking with the courier

Royal mail have not received the parcel

Waiting for order update, 12 days since ordered, asked numerous times and had 1 reply, left a similar review last time and order was shipped next day so fingers crossed this will happen again!
