Still waiting for delivery. Hence 1 star

Shocking!

My order still hasn't turned up after two weeks. E-mailed numerous times, first time they replied after a while, now just being ignored after asking for a refund. Avoid this company

Not received the items, they have taken payment and are not corresponding when I chase up !!!!

I made my order 7 days ago, still haven't received my goods, even after 2 emails still no order. I understand waiting a couple of days for delivery but 7?

Order now 2 weeks ago told they where shipped never received emailed a few times before getting a response advised they would be send my order out again on 48hr delivery gave me a tracking number still not received goods contacted the post office they checked the tracking number they have not received the goods now not responding 😡😡

Most unreliable ordered from vapesavers early August paid for 48hr delivery 2 weeks later still no order e-mailed several times before getting a reply a week later got a tracking number and half the order turned up several more emails and finally got another package only half the outstanding balance of the order. Email them again have emailed several times and getting no response. This is the second time I have had problems with vapesavers will not be ordering again.

First time ordering with vapesavers ,website easy to navigate , lots of products available. Looking forward to receiving my order .

I'm satisfied with the products. I'm not happy with how the shipping works. For the second order in a row, the website says delivery will be within a week, but in fact it’s been two weeks and there’s still no product.

Vapesavers came through and delivered my order after their was a bit of a problem with my order thanks for your good work on rectifying it

Excellent service, there was an issue but an email and this was sorted. Quick delivery

Forget ordering from this company you won’t get your delivery. Have contacted them twice but no reply. I have given up ever getting my order lesson learned
If you provide me with a e mail address I will send you copies of both e mails that I sent re my order

Absolutely disgusted with this company if I could have put zero stars that’s what I would have put ,no order arrived from first order,e mailed them ,said they sent another order out ,still not got either ,this is beyond unacceptable

Made an order on august 22nd and here we are September 20th and I’ve still not received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails that are not being answered. I’ve requested a full refund. This company just do t get back to me. They don’t offer the service they advertise

Great company. Amazing prices

Placed order on 1st Sept 22. Not insignificant at nearly £50. Nothing arrived. Emailed.. they said would send again… still nothing. Emailed again..and repeat. Now 17days later and no response and no products and £50 out of pocket.

Delivery time is beyond ridiculous. Says been despatched same day and two weeks later still not arrived and neither has the promised replacement order. Great price but this has happened three out of the four orders I’ve placed. Will unfortunately have to pay more elsewhere and at least ensure I receive my order.
