My order never arrived & no reply to 11 emails,will not answer & will not send vape pods, never again will I order, now over £40 lost,DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!

Had to put a star down to be able to write a review but I'd have given them no stars if I could have. I placed my order on the 27th September and it didn't arrive. Between then and now I've contacted them on numerous occasions, it's taken them days to reply to my emails and have fobbed me off everytime. According to them over the course of our communications they've sent out 4 separate orders to me each one has never arrived, I've asked on numerous occasions for my money back and have been denied it so I've had to take this matter further myself to get some sort of outcome from this. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

No reply to 3 emails-order not receieved-AVOID this bunch of cowboys

AVOID AT ALL COSTS,no parcel arrived no answers to emails or the phone.Scammer guys get a solicitor to deal with your claim for a refund,It’s genius my solicitor is charging 120 pound a letter,The court will make vapesavers pay legal expenses which makes it instant karma.Hit sanghera where it hurts in his pocket 👌update guys got my refund three hours after threatening sanghera with solicitor costs,his logic im guessing is he paid me back 72 pound to stop it costing him more.Don’t let him get away with it guys and don’t fo small claims hit him for costly solicitor fees.His a registered business owner so is accountable.Any questions edit your review and I can answer by editing mine👍Anyone wants his address google director vapesavers

This company should not be allowed to trade it a scam company same as other reviewers still waiting do not answer emails ordered 25 September

Third time I've ordered no goods arrived. I ordered with them recently ad they said they were no longer using royal mail as they said they were the issue. This is clearly a lie as they still don't seem to be sending orders out. Multiple emails sent and all ignored. Disputed the transaction with my bank now.

I have extremely bad experience with this company. After 2 weeks waiting for my order, I haven't received anything. No answer to my emails and phone calls. Awful disregard to my requests for information or a refund!!!

Like so many others here, order placed, notified it’s shipped but it doesn’t arrive. No Evri tracking number given.
And, like others, no reply to the seven emails sent.
Previous orders had arrived but when the order goes missing they ignore you.
Customer service amounts to nothing at all.
Hopefully they’ll be out of business soon. 100% avoid.

Frauds, no response in nearly 2 weeks or the ordered vapes in sight.
Avoid!

do not waste your money with this company orders do not get delivered even if you pay for tracked delivery one thing this company is good at though is ignoring e-mails four sent and forwarded to directors and still totally ignored

Never received my order and seller not responding to my emails .

I have waited 16 days and still have not received the goods. I also can't check where my order is even though I tried sending gmail to customer service. I think I was scammed

I've not received my item it is 3 weeks since i ordered. I've emailed 3 times no reply what so ever. Absolute joke if a company must avoid

Ordered Vape liquid in October paid for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery , items not arrived 4 weeks later. First email was responded to advising they had changed couriers but still not received. All other emails ignored, request for refund ignored. Shame because prior to this I had been satisfied with service

Still hasn’t arrived after 2+ weeks, emailed 4 times, rang 3 times, and nothing. This site is a SCAM DO NOT USE

Placed an order at the beginning of October and still waiting! Have sent numerous emails and was told being sent via a different courier, but still haven't had an update or delivery! Absolute joke!

I haven't received my order and have emailed and called. No response. I ordered 9 days ago and paid for royal mail 24 which they say takes 1-3 days. No tracking number supplied

Ordered on 27th October, items not received, have chased twice, still no product or response, tried the number to ring but no answer. Rubbish.

This place is diabolical….this place needs reporting to the appropriate authorities. Placed order 4 weeks ago, numerous emails sent to them and still nothing back from them. They are actual thieves. Taken my money, not sent my order and not answering my emails 😡😡

Please read the real reviews. I’m same as many, paid for items month later still not received. Tried numerous emails to different departments tried messaging even tried ringing where it just rings an rings. It may av been only 16 pound but that’s not the point or service u should receive. This is not how you run a company or treat your customers. Absolute joke, please dnt order from this company!!!!!
