Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Ordered a gazebo and it arrived with a hole in one of the roof panels. I have been trying for a month now to get the issue fixed, simply asking for an ETA on the replacement part and they are unable to definitively even give me a timeline. They suggested we patch it..I didnt pay $1400 for a hard top gazebo that is not 100% HARD TOP! Customer service just continues reiterating the same line and fails on actually fixing the issue.

We are very sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. The replacement roof panel is currently not in stock, so we have contacted the manufacturer to prepare it and urged them to expedite the process. Since we need to wait for the manufacturer, and shipping itself also takes time, we are unable to give you a precise ETA at this moment. Once the replacement is ready and shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If you are willing and able to patch the hole yourself, we can offer you a partial refund as an alternative solution. Please contact us at customerservice@veikous.com, and we will do our best to provide you with a reasonable resolution.

Well we opened the boxes one piece was damaged it happens but we’re also missing a couple of other pieces 4 to be exact when we called about it they said it will take over 30 days so we have a shed with no front end at all and have to wait very displeased with customer service so be careful even if you notify them in time they are in no rush!! The parts don't fit correctly and Veikous does not want to honor their warranty. Their customer service is very poor, no matter how many pictures or proof you send, they find a way out of helping you. Very dissappointed.. Poor instructions small two dimensional unclear pictures.
I ended up having to fix the raised garden bed myself by installing metal support brackets.
I bought the raised garden bed, the bottom pieces of wood kept falling out and did not fit well in the grooves. They were a bit too small. I assembled it with much difficulty due to the instructions. I was hoping for the best, but with the weight of the dirt on top, 2 out of the 3 boards fell through.
I sent pictures from the bottom.
Customer service wanted me to measure exactly each piece of board and make pictures from the top. Whatever proof I offered did not seem to be good enough to honor the warranty. Very disappointed, very poor and unhelpful customer service!

The chicken coop structure is genuinely impressive and feels like it'll last. Only issue was the assembly guide - it's a bit confusing to follow. We got it done eventually though.

Easy to put together
Easy to put together. The shrink-wrapped plastic covering on the painted side of each piece ensured that no piece was scratched in transit, but was exceedingly tedious to remove so a point off for that. (Paper in between each piece probably would have served the same purpose, been easy to remove, and would have been recyclable.) I have not yet had these for a season to comment on durability.

Check your package
When the packages arrive, be sure to check all the parts carefully. I didn't do that and only realized some pieces were missing during assembly. Which delayed my planting plans. Veikous customer service was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. I'll update my review after the greenhouse is fully assembled.

DO NOT BUY THE METAL SHEDS
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY THE METAL SHEDS. THEY ARE AWEFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Bought an 10'x6' metal shed through Lowes on line. Had an extremely difficult time putting this shed together as pre drilled holes didn't match up with items, therefore had to drill my own. If I hadn't started to put it together , I would have returned it immediately. Thought the first set of wrong holes drilled was an accident, but this continued throughout the entire process. And now the shed doors are not working properly. After going thru the process of contacting their customer service dept, they were useless. Absolutely no help and was making me jump thru hoops. Terrible company with terrible customer service.

Nice Greenhouse
I live in Alabama, my son and I made sure the insulation and foundation were solid enough. So far, after strong winds and rain and snow, the greenhouse is still working.

Heavy Duty Coop
No flimsy tarp on top like a lot of others out there. It's similar to the metal dog crate. The frame is heavy, but we get serious gusts hero so I still staked it down with some extra anchors. No rust after a few weeks of use and my chickens seem settled.

DO NOT BUY THIS! My ridge beam connector broke with a light snow, parts break not a big deal. However you cannot buy replacement parts for the Greenhouse!!! Purchased from HD, but they told me to call Veikous to get replacement parts! Veikous states that they will only sell a whole new one. NO parts what-so-ever!
Wow, they see this review and tell me to contact customer service! I call and Guess what ??? Their resolution was to sell me another 8x16 greenhouse. NO parts. NO Discount.
