I will only order through Velo ,As their Processing time is so fast as is their shipping .Always next day Delivery and arrives well packaged .Did have a slight issue with Evri courier service but Velo resolved the issue really quickly and all Emails were responded to the same day .

Customer service team are amazing, and a credit to the organisation. I was having a bad experience with the delivery company they used. The Customer relations team went out of their way, more than necessary to compensate me for the inconvenience, but as important if not more important they made me feel heard, and like a valued customer. They turned a very negative experience into one of the most positive I've ever had. I am now a Velo fan boy! I always like their products, but now I love their team!
An absolute pleasure, and look forward to being a loyal customer going forward.
I wish I knew the names of who I was communicating with so I could shout them out individually, but I don't. Whoever you were if it was one person or many, thank you, and that is how you do customer relations!

Due to delivery service damaging my parcel my order was cancelled, however I contacted velo customer service and got a email back within less than 12hours offering me a replacement.
Very good and quick service, very happy

I had a delay in receiving a package and contacted customer service. I received a quick response and a complementary product as an apology for the delay in the expected time delivery period.
Thank you so much for Yolanda M who was able to help - providing excellent support and information. The package was received the following day - with no fault with the products.
I always use VELO for their points rewards system, excellent products, and range of strengths and flavors.
Thank you again; loyal customer for 5 months. Would not use any other product.

Received replacement of faulty product without any hassle, really appreciated that! Overall Velo pouches are better than other competitors in my option, quality is always there and if not, you're quickly compensated for the trouble. Using them for the past two years, Ruby Berry is the best, least amount of flavour. The mint of any kind or ice is disgusting though.

I can’t recommend Velos enough! I recently had a delivery issue, and Jeta F from customer service was absolutely amazing. She was understanding, reassuring, and made the process effortless. Every time I call, the customer service team is fantastic and genuinely cares about helping you. Special thanks to Jeta F for going above and beyond – she’s a true credit to the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Velos again. Five stars all round!

Failed the delivery and I did not receive the order. It's been a month now and Velo is not giving the refund. For weeks their only repeated response is "we are making additional checks". I have asked for clarification but they just keep repeating the same message.
