gimme stupidity

Text formatting is erratic. Pagination changes once one downloads the pdf. Tables and charts are unrealistic and often unformattable. I asked for support and received an automatic reply (AI?) telling me to wait 11 days!!!!!
If this is artificial intelligence, gimme stupidity...

Outstanding Service and Exceptional Support

I’ve been using Venturekit and I am genuinely impressed with the quality of their service. Everything is smooth, reliable, and built with real attention to detail.
What truly makes the difference, though, is their customer support. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sophie, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and proactive in finding solutions. It’s rare to find someone so committed and attentive she turned what could have been a challenge into a seamless and even pleasant experience.
Because of this level of support, I feel fully confident continuing with Venturekit. They don’t just provide a great product; they make sure you feel guided and valued along the way.
Highly recommended!
