Duo lite baby playpen , so easy to assemble and looks great , ten month old granddaughter loves it. Very well made and has a lovely mat that you can change the design pattern.
Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive but fair play to the customer service team who explained reason for delay , apologised and refunded the delivery charge.

The play area is absolutely brilliant. Very sturdy and attractive with flooring provided and stickers to decorate. Ideal as a safe space for babies and toddlers to learn & play under adult supervision. It was delivered promptly and quickly constructed. Easy to dismantle and store.

We love our new play pen for our 1 year old. Only wish we got it sooner!
Looks smart, easy to keep toys tidy, opted for white and grey which looks fab. Easy to assemble, doesnt slide around on our laminate, little one can pull himself up and the pannels only move slightly which id expect! Only one suggestion id make, is for the balls it comes with to be white and grey as well ha. Amazing product and cheaper coming direct to venture than any where else!

Simple ordering process and quick delivery.

Easy Website and very prompt deliver of Order

I purchased a Pushchair and projector from Venture a few months ago. It was my first time shopping with them and I'm so glad I did.

I have had two queries and they solved them immediately.
The second time that I emailed was a couple of days ago, so maybe 3 months after I initially placed my order. After 3 months Venture didn't actually have to help me or send me a replacement projector, but they did straight away!

They are extremely polite, so understanding and quick to respond.
I don't usually write reviews but Venture are fantastic and I've had a very positive experience I would recommend them 100%!

For the Customers writing bad reviews about DPD or any other delivery company? I agree generally they all just need to improve, but you should go to their direct review pages to complain, instead of writing it here.

Very pleased with my playpen,grandson loves it

The travel cot is nice, but overpriced for what it is by about £30. The playpen is spacious, but forget about the suckers actually sticking to the floor. The instructions say you can boil them to restore suction, but I shouldn’t need to do that straight out of the box. Average at best and definitely don’t feel like it was worth what we paid.

Great product, arrived within a few days and was super easy to put together. It’s fantastic in that it contains my daughter in safe space but is still large enough that she still has plenty of room to explore!

Delivery was sooo quick on the playpen i ordered for my twin grandchildren ..very happy with ease of putting together & sturdy quality..i feel in honesty the only thing that could be improved is quality of balls we actually threw those away before use very flimsy & dented didnt feel safe for the babies..
