It all started out ok
It all started out ok with great communication, but since discovering that none of my mail has been reaching me (16 Commerce Square, Nottingham), they've been ignoring me, including ignoring my request to cancel the service. There's also no way to cancel or remove your card details, so I assume they'll just keep taking the payments.
They previously offered to send a test letter, which also didn't reach me, then that was it. Completely cut off from all communication with Emma.
I've been politely emailing and ringing them, but don't seem to be getting anywhere. When I email they don't reply. When I ring they take details and then nobody rings back.

We would like to reassure you that this matter has been resolved. We have been in contact with you, your cancellation request has been actioned, and no further payments are being taken from your account.
Regarding the mail issue, we understand how concerning it is when correspondence does not reach you as expected. We did investigate this and offered a test letter to help identify the cause, and we’re sorry that the situation caused inconvenience before resolution.
We would also like to clarify that we have not intentionally ignored any correspondence. During busy periods, there can unfortunately be delays, but we take this feedback seriously and are reviewing internal processes to ensure communication is clearer and more timely going forward.
If you have any remaining concerns or would like written confirmation of the cancellation for your records, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will be happy to assist.

I have rented a virtual office space with virtual HQ for a number of years. Always had an excellent service. Staff are friendly and attentive and location is very convenient too.

Complete Failure
Failed to scan or relay mail sent to my office for at least six months, only discovered when I collected it myself.
Using this service caused actual damage to my business due to their abandonment of duties, and when confronted with the complaint and evidence, were unapologetic and blamed the staff at the address, who Virtual-HQ only has some sort of arms-length agreement with.
Receiving any compensation was like pulling teeth, let alone an apology.
Parted ways, would not use again.

Great service, lovely office
Really helpful and friendly team, lovely office space (for when we use it) and very reasonably priced.
They have made our lives easier and quicker and whenever we have had a question, answered it promptly and resolved it.
The off site team and the in office team are brilliant and we have renewed our lease with them year on year.

Freedom from a physical office.
I converted to a virtual office a couple of years ago and it has really worked for me. I do not have any surprising bills or maintenance issues.
I can still hold meetings, collect my post and even meet for coffee.
Most important for me was I do not feel that I have to go to a physical office just because of the huge rent I was paying each month.
