purchased a pair of glasses they said they had in stock then didnt and told me 4 weeks then when i questioned it they had been discontinued then cant even refun my moeny instantly on their screw up

There was a change in adress that…
There was a change in adress that needed to be done. It took lot of effort to get the change done. I had to reachout to the courier company to change the delivery address myself.
However the goods were deliverd to me safely subsequent to the change in address.

Straightforward refund process
I ordered frame only. Frames were received within a reasonable timeframe and were as ordered but did not suit so returned them. Refund process was straightforward and refund was received within a reasonable timeframe. Overall, a positive experience. I’d buy from them again.
