Maria was good and helpful at getting…

Maria was good and helpful at getting me a new deal I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the she recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the Maria helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

Great experience with Maria

We had a long wait, however Maria kept checking in to make sure we were ok, offered us a seat and kept us updated. Maria was fantastic and thoroughly explained our options and we went away with a new contract and phone at a very good rate. Thanks Maria.

Joe was incredible

Joe was incredible, so kind and helpful he really helped me understand and looked for the best deals for me. He gave me advice and took his time to give me the best customer service. He should definitely get some recognition for the amazing job he does. Cant recommend him enough.

It has been my good luck to visit…

It has been my good luck to visit Vodafone Ashford Kent on 2 consecutive days to purchase a New phone. Alex was the assistant I Saw and he was extremely patient with me as I tend to bel a techno phobe. Without his professional attention to detail I would probably not have purchased a new phone.well done Alex!!!!!
