Andy helped after an ee disaster

Had a disaster with ee. Spoke to Andy in ayr and he was helpful in setting up my broadband, multiple sims and a tablet.

Yvette was amazing

Yvette was amazing. I went into the shop for broadband. We came away with broadband and a new I phone 17. I really trusted her and he knowledge. Thankyou for emptying such wonderful staff. As always.

Yvette was a joy to deal with

Visited Ayr store due to an issue with my daughter's phone. Spoke to Yvette who sought advice from the manager who tried to fix the issue but sadly we couldn't ressurect it. She was a great help and sorted me out with a new phone too!

Came in to the shop today needing a lot of help with a sim plan and broadband deals, I was served by Rosie and she was a great help. She managed to find me a better deal for a more affordable price lovely staff
