Excellent customer service
As a long time contract phone user of Vodafone I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received at the Vodafone branch in Bangor when I needed help with a problem with my mobile phone. Nathan and Tegan were fantastic: they resolved the issue efficiently and handled everything in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Their support made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. Thank you both for your outstanding service.

Emma at Vodafone Bangor Gwynedd helped me fix a very persistent issue with my mobile data. She was really helpful including when only a 1 hour call to vodafone was going to sort out the problem. she was really helpful when I was at my wits end with it!

Great member of staff Teigan, offered great knowledge and support purchasing our new phones, throughly explained our contracts to where we understood and was very friendly and was flexible especially with my mother being sight impaired, offered great support to her as well

Nathan was brilliant
Nathan was brilliant. He was very patient. I went in just to discuss what upgrade options were available. Went back a week later after thinking about the options. Again, was helpful and not pushy. Took time to explain what would happen. He transferred everything to the new phone. Thanks Nathan. All the staff were friendly
