i had been experiencing some issues on my phone for a few weeks and i’m unfortunately a big procrastinator so i had been putting it off. my friend suggested i pop into vodafone to see if they could do anything. the problems were started to hinder my ability to use my phone and i was getting very frustrated so while i was in town i finally decided to drop in.
i was seen by jessie and emma, and they were brilliant! they worked diligently, communicated well with each other but also seemed to genuinely care about helping me out. they reassured me that it was no problem for them and they quickly found the solution to the issue. they were so polite and friendly, i felt quite silly for not coming in sooner. i would definitely recommend this store! really good experience. thank you so much! 😊

Ask for Tegan
I am of a certain vintage and tech does not feature highly in my list of skills. I called into the Bangor store today to find out how to transfer data from one phone to a newer phone. Hats off to a consummate professional!
We called in on Vodaphone’s Bangor branch and were dealt with by the wonderful Haitham, whose explanations, clarifications and endless patience were exemplary. I was attempting to obtain what I considered to be a better deal from Vodaphone, as I was seriously considering switching to another provider. However, half an hour listening to this very professional employee convinced me to stay, albeit to negotiate a cheaper contract.
Hats off to Haitham - he’s a treasure!

Great experience at the bangor store!
I was recently very disappointed and upset following a visit to the Llandudno branch, and I was made to feel inadequate and frustrated by the individual who didn't even attempt to help. So I came into bangor the next day and popped into the Vodafone store and I was helped by a lovely gentleman called Nathan, he went above and beyond for me, and I came away from this interaction feeling very supported and upbeat!
