I would like to praise the three staff…
I would like to praise the three staff who helped me last week with my mothers mobile, at the Bexhill on sea store in Devonshire Road.
Ryan, Connor and Thomas helped above and beyond and were polite and friendly and very informative with their knowledge on safety.
Keeping the elderly as safe as can be possible with scammers on social media.
Thank you so much to the three of you…I really appreciate your help showing me ways to help her keep safe…

So patient and kind!
I was served by the lovely Alex who helped me pick out my new phone/plan for around 2 hours! I wanted to make sure I got the right plan for me so I must’ve asked about 1000 questions, but he remained so lovely and patient. I left the branch feeling super happy and the bonus of some fab movie/music recommendations!
Also, shout out to the branch manager, Ryan, who is always so helpful. The Bexhill team go above and beyond. Thank you!

Great help, had lots of knowledge about the products and plans saving me money. Very helpful. Got the upgrade happening quickly to get me on my way. Good small talking in-between waiting for pages to load.
