I came in store to query my bill as a new customer to Vodaphone asI didn't understand the bill, however Tom dealt with me and was really helpful, very friendly and able to explain a lot of things to me, I even found out that I can swap the Sim in my phone, but only next March'27, which I will do. He also had a look at my current contract and was able renew the broadband to a cheaper price and with an extra benefit!!! Well done Tom, I am really happy and so grateful. Thank you.

Matthew was absolutely fantastic and really listened to what I needed in a phone. He did many comparisons for me to try and keep costs low as this is paramount for me.
