This was my first time in the Vodafone…

This was my first time in the Vodafone shop in Birkenhead. Both Laura and Beth were so helpful in setting me up on a 2yr contract. It was stress free and an amazing deal. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you both.

Phone upgrade

I attended this morning for a phone upgrade, I was served by Laura and received professional and great care through out my time in store. I upgraded my internet, received a phone upgrade and also received a new iPad

Thomas was extremely helpful

Thomas was extremely helpful. I’d had so many issues with broadband and my phone contract with EE and he fixed everything and guided me through purchasing a brand new phone contract.

Dylan, the member of staff who looked after me was calm, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I arrived stressed and left feeling reassured with my new phone and contract.

Dylan was brilliant

Dylan was brilliant, second time he has helped us with our phones and he couldn't be more helpful. Im not that tech savvy and got a bit mixed up with my account and Dylan sat down and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ill be back again when it's time to renew.
