Fantastic service from Erica
Went to Vodafone with my son who had an issue with his phone that he needed sorting.
I didn’t until this point understand much about phone plans but Erica was fantastic.
She was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it took her a while to unravel the problem, she never stopped smiling. Fabulous service. I woukd definitely recommend her & her manager who also stepped in to help.

Very helpful and patient service
Kelly was incredibly helpful. She was friendly, professional and very patient with me when my lack of technical knowledge let me down! She helped me successfully upgrade my phone and plan and she advised me on the best way to upgrade my daughter’s plan and link it to mine. Chrissy was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
