Came to shop because there was a virus on my phone that kept doing advertisements on my screen Liam was very quick with removing the virus and showed me what to do in case it happens again👍

Visited the Caerphilly Branch Yesterday…
Visited the Caerphilly Branch Yesterday to renew plan and to add additional person.
It was good to engage with a human being rather than faceless call center operatives or AI virtual assistance.
The staff were courteous and I would like to give a special mention to Timothy who went through the new plan.
All in all an excellent service and nice experience
