Nandana really helped me with my issue and made sure it is fixed.she has done an excellent job staying with me for 2hours and fixed my issue and also helped me move to Vodafone. She is very professional and I really am happy with the service.

Holly was super helpful

Holly was super helpful and informative, helping me find a great deal on my phone, and made me feel super welcome. Was going to wait to make my purchase but she was so great I didn't see the need to wait, Thanks Holly for the 5* service! ☺️

Holly was very helpful & concise with what was on offer. l had been with my previous provider for over 10years, so this move was a big one for me! Holly made the transion very seamless, l wasn't pressuried at all, very pleased l made this decision, would have no hesitation recommending Vodafone. O)

I was assisted by Anwaar who was…

I was assisted by Anwaar who was exceptionally polite and helpful. What was thought to be a straightforward problem with my phone turned out to be quite complex and required a data update. This took a little while but Anwaar was very reassuring and told me this would be completed by 6pm when the store closed. He kindly guarded my phone whilst I went away to have a coffee and do some shopping. He managed to access content on my phone despite my not recalling my Apple password. Everything was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you Anwaar

I was served by a young man

I was served by a young man (sorry don’t have his name, it begins with N)
This was on Sunday 10th May at the Cambridge Grand Arcade store.
He was very knowledgable and helpful as I’m not technical. He explained everything right down to information about the 2 other phones on my account and when they were due updates and anything I might need to know.
He helped me with a phone upgrade as my phone had stopped working the day before. I was very happy with my new phone and the excellent service.

Nahim was outstanding

Nahim was absolutely phenomenal he was working with one hand and delivered me with excellent customer service with knowledge within Vodafone billing systems and products, and I’m just thankful I had him as an advisor, hope he gets better soon and thank you!
