Holly made my experience great- she was…
Holly made my experience great- she was so helpful and understanding and got my issues sorted very quickly and efficiently, she was really friendly and personable, whilst the shop was very busy! She was also greeting other people whilst with me to assure them she would help them or one of her staff would (which was very friendly and nice of her whilst she was under pressure with a busy shop!) she got my direct debit cost down and helped with connection issues I had and gave me multiple numbers to call regarding this . I was looking to leave Vodafone but genuinely renewed my broadband contact because of her. Thank you Holly !

I arrived in the store and immediately…
I arrived in the store and immediately a young lady stood up and came to me, she offered help and we got to discuss deal and best options for my new contract. Holly was excellent, super professional and extremely helpful, she dealt with issues very well and always with a smile.

New contract
I came in to renew my phone and broadband contract. (Assuming I could get a good deal!)
Holly was very helpful and secured me a good deal which I was happy with.
She explained my new contract clearly, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Visited the Cambridge store today
Visited the Cambridge store today, Holly the Assistant Manager was very helpful and helped us change a contract tariff and move a number from another provider to Vodafone at a much lower price than had been anticipated. Much better than trying to use the online service.

Friendly and efficient
Holly listened to what I needed from a new contract and was friendly and efficient. Everything was sorted gor two phones quickly with costs explained. Brilliant.

eSIM Issue
Went into Vodafone in the Grand Arcade, Cambridge yesterday. I had just bought an iPhone Air from the Apple Store opposite. My old phone was too old to have an eSIM so the Apple people said Vodafone would have to sort that out for me.
Holly was friendly, patient and very helpful. Not only did she sort out my eSIM, she sorted out new contracts for us. As a ‘Tech Dinosaur’, I couldn’t have asked for anyone more helpful than Holly - a credit to Vodafone.
