I am a lady in her late 60’s and all technology can be a challenge. I was very happy with the service I received at the Carmarthen store. Friendly and very knowledgeable person (Becky) helped me with my choice of phone. Customer focus was amazing and she covered all of my questions with lots of patience! Excellent service
We have been served by Becky three times in the past year and she goes above and beyond what I would hope for. This time we dealt with Vodafone online in the shop but Becky stayed with me to help with any questions that were asked of me. Couldn’t fault her
