Becky then began to assist myself, wife and son in a personal and professional manner. She showed us what our usages were and actually got us more services for less money. Was very reassuring and made us feel valued as customers of Vodafone.

Amazing at Carmarthen Vodafone Store!
The lady with the amazing ghost nails in the Carmarthen store was absolutely amazing. She was really kind and helpful when I went in to sort out my airtime plan. She was so helpful to break everything down into understandable language for both me and my mum. It was lovely to speak to a genuine human being! Thank you! 🙏🏻

I visited the Carmarthen branch
I visited the Carmarthen branch, whilst out shopping, to clarify how my tariff works abroad, as I prefer to chat in person. I was greeted by Becky, who is welcoming, a good listener, patient, and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. Becky reassured me, that Vodafone ensures that I am in control, after my concerns, regarding overspending whilst roaming abroad. Becky is knowledgable, experienced and empathic. Becky was on my side and offered me top tips for choosing my next upgrade, to benefit me best, and what to consider in how to go about securing the best tariff and phone for me. I shall travel with peace of mind, secure in the knowledge, that if I need extra support with my use of my phone, Vodafone will text me my options, BEFORE any extra charges occur. Thanks Becky, for your professional approach 👍

Excellent service
Becky was very helpful as soon as I walked in. Very knowledgeable and found me an excellent deal exactly suitable for what I wanted, which was a cheap Sim only deal with TalkMobile. She didn't try to sell me anything that didn't suit me, and I felt might needs were very well listened to and met. Even though it was late in the day she gave me her full attention and vast knowledge of the market. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone

Carmarthen team is great
The team is always helpful.
We have a family package of Pro2 full fibre with 4 sims.
Its been 2 yrs & recently we have renewed the same package!
Plus.... The team was helpful when we faced technical problems with the Pro2 booster. Ultimately vodaphone resolution team solved it.

Kelly was super friendly when I picked up my new phone today. She was really helpful and updated some information for me. The next day I was helped by Rebecca who was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. She ensured that I knew how to use my trade-in credit for the purpose I intended. Fabulous service from both!
