Liam was extremely helpful in trying to sort out the pop ups on my phone which was stopping me from using it plus we looked at costs for broadband and he has saved me money so a productive visit

Brilliant customer service from Arun!
I visited the store today to enquire about a new SIM only plan and was served by Arun. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was professional, friendly, and patient. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the whole process easy to understand. I left the store feeling reassured and very happy with the service I received. Luther was absolutely amazing. I'm a terrible phone dinosaur and he was so patient and helpful. I cannot fault the service he provided. He went above and beyond to help me. Warm, welcoming and friendly. A credit to the store.
