Hey Bradderz, If our final resolution offer's been rejected and we've provided you with a letter of deadlock, this will include information on raising this with CICAS. They're an independent company who will work with yourself and us to find a suitable resolution to your complaint. I'm sorry your issues reached this point, as I'm sure we'd be able to work this out with you. But once a complaint's been escalated to the level you've advised, we're unable to intervene here.
