very friendly and helpful staff
Went into the derby store to enquire about a phone upgrade.
Rich was the first staff member we spoke to. Very friendly and answered any questions whilst we were waiting to be seen too.
Sid was the staff member then helped with the upgrade and again answered any queries I had.
Both are excellent at their job, very welcoming and helpful

Experienced, friendly & helpful staff...
I knew exactly what I wanted from a new phone, including size, price and ease of use. I was offered exactly what I wanted, no trying to over-sell or increase my monthly cost for a fancy gadget were I would never use half the functions. Jade the sales assistant was helpful, friendly and was happy to revisit any of the information I wasn't sure about. Great experience, I love my new phone 😀
