Vodafone Billing
I discovered Vodafone have a nice little scam going. if you make a one-time payment it disables your direct debit and sets your account to "Bill Me", which then results in a missed direct debit payment, plus late payment charge. I have been around this loop for two months now with the Egyptian call centre. This was confirmed via an in person discussion at my local Vodafone shop. I have wasted hours trying to sort this out. Absolutely dreadful billing dept. - stay well away from Vodafone!!!

Excellent Paul
Paul dealt with me when I purchased my new phone. He was excellent, very patient and spent as much time as was needed. So good to still have the shop in Dorchester and Paul and his team so very polite and helpful.
