Vodafone UK's Eltham branch has some friendly and helpful staff, like Mike and Montana. They assist well with data transfers and explaining broadband options, ensuring I felt informed rather than confused. Demi also provided great advice and support for account setup and cancellations. Montana is the best!!! They were super helpful and informative and made everything really clear for me. I usually find that staff can make broadband/phone stuff over complicated and I leave feeling more confused than before but Montana was excellent and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on.
