Charlie was brilliant today when I…
Charlie was brilliant today when I needed to obtain a replacement SIM card having lost my phone in London. Not only did Charlie set me back up again so we could make calls, he was expert at setting up the new phone I had brought with me, and also set me up on an new contract. To top it all Charlie gave me some great advice on the iCloud. Overall I had excellent service today from Charlie who was a credit to Vodafone

I came into the shop in distress with no phone! Absolute nightmare. Jimi the store manager couldn't do enough to help me, and him and Albie honestly saved my day and removed my headache. I cannot thank them enough for the help and service they have provided me today.
