I visited the Vodafone shop in Farnham and was helped by Mason, who managed to get me a much better deal on my monthly SIM card plan.

I had an excellent experience with amazing help, support and advice from Nikki the Farnham Vodafone store manager. I couldn't resolve my problems over the phone - it turned out to be very complicated and if it hadn't been for Nikki's skilled and thorough help we still wouldn't have resolved it. Her support has kept us as vodafone customers.

I particular choose to visit the Farnham branch because Nikki and colleagues are second to none in the high street tech industry - providing a perfect balance of customer service and getting the job done.
