Gloucester store, very helpful
Popped into the Gloucester store this morning with a SIM problem, spoke to Kellie, who sorted out my problem very quickly. Pleasant, knowledgable and efficient, couldn't fault the service and couldn't praise Kellie highly enough for her assistance.

Went to the Vodafone store in Gloucester, I was seen by Kellie and she was very helpful while upgrading my phone, Kellie was very professional in explaining the best options for me, and I walked away with the upgrade I wanted.
