Francesco is a star!
Francesco in the Guildford Store was an absolute star 🌟 came in with my parents as I am on their account still. As a 32 year old technophobe who is just learning what emojis are (thanks Fran 🎇) I felt very relaxed and at ease. I now have a lovely new phone and can even take it to New Zealand on my next girls trip 🥂

Your stores never fail to impress.
After an unsuccessful time with both your webchat and phone options (3 hours in total). I gave up and hoped to have a better experience in one of your stores. I visited Guildford and was greeted by the store manager who in no more than 30 seconds got to the root of my problem. He then passed me to another adviser who finalised my query.
Vodafone needs to give the funding it puts in to the other ‘services’ directly to these fantastic people in your shops.
I will never use your 24/7 services again and will only use the shops.
