Worth the Trip to Vodafone in Mare Street, Hackney.
I have been using Vodafone for 13 years.
Normally I Use the store at Mare Street, Hackney.
The reason being is that the accessibility and customer service suits me.
There have been a couple of questions that I have been on my mind the last couple of months. Face to Face interaction benefits derives satisfaction.
Sonny has been with the store for some time.
Being a familiar face, I gave him a couple of questions.
After an hour with this professional, he more than met my expectations.
Walking away, I felt all of my box's had been ticked.
Thank you Vodafone and especially to Sonny for putting a beneficial package together for me.

Rude and Unprofessional Advisor
Today, at around 14:55, I went to Hackney Vodafone to exchange my phone to a different colour. I approached one of the workers at the “Ready to Help” desk (he had a grey cardigan, quite young). He told me that I am unable to do an exchange and Vodafone ONLY does returns in order to change the colour. I told him I had been on the phone with Vodafone and he said “I don’t know what to tell you, it will affect your credit”. I then left the store and was told by Vodafone that it is not needed to run a credit check.
He was very rude, unprofessional, and had me travel all the way to the other side of London to get a simple dolour change. Absolutely ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received, and it has eroded my confidence in the brand. I ended up cancelling my contract all together as it is before the 14 days of purchase.
Your worker has a nasty attitude.

Expert and Friendly service
I had my phone pickpocketed and came here to sort it out. Jason was extremely helpful and informative about the process, and the current deals they had, as well as picking the right plan and the right phone.
Overall the experience was very professional and friendly, and he made sure I had the best experience.
While serving me, he made sure people were not waiting in vain as well. Great staff.

Great experience with Jason and Azmol today at the vodafone store in hackney! They've helped me get a sim card after a long wait with other service providers and made the whole experience very pleasant. Would recommend !
