Munya took the time to go through everything with me, explained my current contract clearly, and showed me that it was still active. I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley…
I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley to renew my SIM-only contracts and was assisted by Iftab. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout.
He explained the available deals clearly and made the whole process simple and straightforward. I was very happy with the service and decided to renew both of my accounts for another 2 years.
