I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley…
I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley to renew my SIM-only contracts and was assisted by Iftab. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout.
He explained the available deals clearly and made the whole process simple and straightforward. I was very happy with the service and decided to renew both of my accounts for another 2 years.

Great service from Amenah
Today I came into the Hanley store and was immediately greeted by Amenah who sat us down and helped us. He was extremely helpful and helped my mum and I to find a much better deal and upgrade our contract. Amenah sorted it all out for us and explained everything very clearly. I have just been with John at Vodafone Hanley and I must say how impressed I am with his customer service. He went above and beyond with me to ensure that everything I needed doing was done.
