All employees i interacted with have…
All employees i interacted with have been genuinely fun or kind and made my potentially stressful task, an un-stressful one. I'm very grateful as i've just moved house and was able to knock another problem off my list despite having to come back the next day bc something about my card failed a verification check the first time 'round. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for wifi and pretty chill employees :D

Called into Livingston today to get a network query checked. Was helped by Hayley who could not have been any nicer. Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Query fixed and advice given what to do in future if similar occurs.

when shopping in livi..
thomas was very patient with us while serving, very clear on listing different plans and options for us. while also making prices very evident that we would pay. as a duo cammy and thomas can lighten up a shift, and have a laugh with their customers, while also maintaining professionalism in the workplace!
if you want to goto a vodafone store and walk out with what you wanted to go in there for, staff that provide customer service of high standard, make sure you goto livi and ensure that one of them are working!

Communication was perfect
Our sales advisor Scott in this case was super helpful by not only explaining any tech related things to my dad and helping him through the process of everything understanding what to do but was also able to switch the terminology on a whim with me who is extremely experienced with tech as I am someone who understands all the tech mumbo jumbo. He also took a look at my dad's account saw what we were paying for and helped save us money on my dad's phone plan, my airtime plan and was able to upgrade our router due to how long out of contract we were while STILL saving us 3 pounds overall from what we were paying before the upgrade. Overall perfect communication and service.
