Callled in to Vodafone Llanelli for advice on using my phone abroad and Joey the store manager went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be going back when my contract runs out.

We went into the Vodafone shop in Llanelli to renew my husband's contract which we didn't do but got some good advice from the manager Chris who actually got me a good deal on my contract and also gave us some very good advice on broadband. Thank you Chris 😊

Account access and upgrade to Full Fibre
Visited the store yesterday afternoon. We've been having issues getting into our account online, to be honest it was a nightmare with the "advisor" on line and over the phone.
Aaron had our account sorted and updated all our details in the shop.
We now have Full Fibre 500 being fitted the first week of March.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Sorted me and my girlfriend out with 2 phones, both with very good prices! Highly recommend, simple and easy service from Evan who is very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely will come back again!

I visited this branch whilst in the area to make enquiries but thought it would take too long to upgrade my accounts. However Aaron B advised that he could help sort them out and take not much time and he was right! Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Happy with the outcome.

Fantastic help from Chris at Llanelli store
Chris was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We went into the Vodafone store in Llanelli looking for a new SIM that suited our needs, and he clearly explained all the available options and the pros of each contract, making it really easy to choose the right one for us. He gave us excellent advice on how to cancel our existing contract and was very knowledgeable about the whole process in general.
Chris was friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all our questions thoroughly. He talked us through the SIM swap step by step and honestly saved us a lot of stress after we’d spent ages trying to work it out online. It was definitely worth coming into the store, a great experience and fantastic customer service!
