Callled in to Vodafone Llanelli for advice on using my phone abroad and Joey the store manager went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be going back when my contract runs out.

Llanelli branch, south wales, dealt with Aron B. Fantastic,very helpfull. Had time to explain things to me, a 62 year old, in a very patient manner. Very helpfull, and corrected immediatly,the problem i had. Many thanks to vodafone, oh, and also Aron.

Amazing manager (Chris)
Could not fault the Llanelli store what amazing Store manager Chris is he could not do enough for me I went in with my watch not working and after some time Chris managed to get it all sorted for me and fair play if was not for him having passed experience with what to do with Apple Watches I don’t think I would have been able to got it up and running again thank you so much Chris for all your help and support today your amazing at your job can’t thank you enough

I’ve been going to the Llanelli store over the past couple of weeks to purchase a phone and broadband. I have to say that the manager Chris is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he goes beyond his role to make sure I had everything I needed. Honestly he’s fantastic. Thank u mate.

I received the best customer service from Aaron, Evan and Chris. Aaron had lots of patience and although I was there for 2 hours he was professional throughout. Evan helped where he could and Chris was amazing. Well done lads and thank you xx
