Gabrie the name of the person, Extremely disappointing experience with Vodafone. The service has been unreliable, and getting help from customer support has been frustrating and time-consuming. I’ve had to contact them multiple times about the same issue without getting a proper resolution. Communication has been poor, and the overall experience has been stressful. I expected much better service and would not recommend Vodafone based on my experience.

Cannot thank Tanim and Mo enough. I swooped to a Vodaphone mobile plan last week. Was unable to connect to mobile data for 7 days. Visited Vodaphone and was given a replacement SIM card.
