Hazal saved me £1500
Hazal saved me £1500!
I can’t thank Hazal, (Stratford Westfield branch) enough for helping me figure out a problem that the Apple genius’s couldn’t! Hazal was so patient and guided me through a number of possibilities to help resolve my issue. Hazal sat with me for 40 mins explaining in depth the issues until I was able to use my phone again.
Hazal was so friendly, and reassuring going above and beyond to help. 10/10 customer service.
Give the girl a pay rise asap

It’s been very unprofessional from a company like them. They lost my number that i used for years. Their customer service is very bad their retail shops staff are saying things that don’t even match to one another it was very confusing and frustrating journey i lost almost everything with my number with this bad company. Never coming back here and suggest everyone to not to take Vodafone for your own mental health. And vodafone if you can do anything for me the account number is 7101334899 it you still think you’re want to provide good service sort out this.
