We needed specialist advice on remote WiFi connectivity and James sorted out the whole issue for us in no time at all, including an excellent deal and an upgrade. We were fortunate to find him free and available as he also cleaned up my husband’s phone and this alone has completely changed his phone experience. He was very knowledgeable and explained the best deals for me. I really appreciated the people and personal experience, it makes a difference from having to communicate with a bot over the phone or travel far.

Virus wiped!

Went to the lowestoft store for help with my phone. Scott and james were able to fix it saving me the hassle of buying a new one. When my contract ends i will be back for sure
