A very pleasant experience.
I would certainly recommend this Vodafone store in good ol Lowestoft, Bob and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable, sorted out great plans and explained everything in great detail. Thankyou guys left the store well happy.

I’m trying to leave 10 stars but I think the website is broken. Scott and Bob (please forgive me if I made a mistake with any names) are just the absolute best. Biggest champs I’ve ever met and their services were amazing! They were kind, offered to help in the most empathetic way, swift in action and I’d recommend them anywhere and hey Vodafone, give them a pay rise!

We had a visit to Lowestoft Vodafone…
We had a visit to Lowestoft Vodafone and saw Anthony .. he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient.. he added 2 more services to our account.. we then came back into store to see Chloe who set up the new phone and like everyone else she was absolutely wonderful.. if only every store was the same as them.. we are always grateful for everything you do and you constant help and support no matter how big or small the question is 🥰

I’ve been into the Lowestoft store many…
I’ve been into the Lowestoft store many times as I prefer to use the store than online. Scott and his team James, Bob, Chloe and Anthony are always so friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Everything I’ve been in for from buying a new phone to sorting issues out has been a pleasurable experience. I can’t recommend them enough. The more people use the store the more likely it is to stay on the high street. Such wonderful people who are very knowledgeable.

Anthony and James have been fantastic
Anthony and James have been fantastic. Went into the store and saw Anthony originally for some issues i was having. Passed this to his manager James who kept in contact each day while the issue was being fixed. Will be going to store again when I want a new phone
